Join Erin for a Summer Break Virtual Workshop Series.

Take some time for yourself and dive into some new topics. Expand your mind, Create space for you to indulge and float in a pool of possibility and flow.

There will be three workshops this Summer, which are all virtual that you can take from the park, to the pool, or anywhere in between. You get to decide if you show up country club chic or gym grunge – there is no judgment here.

The three events are listed below with a little bit about each.

Thursday, July 11th @ 2:00PM – 🌙 Moon Productivity – This is a high level intro on how you can use the energy of the Moon to create more flow in your life – which also means you will be more productive as well. Honor your natural cycles and give yourself more grace when you find yourself without as much juice in the tank.

Thursday, July 18th @ 10:00AM – 🧭 Intro to Human Design – This workshop will dive into your own internal compass – you won’t just get an understanding of how Human Design works – we will pull YOUR chart and you will start to apply it to your own life. This is an incredible start to lean into your most authentic self and stop apologizing for who you truly are.

Thursday, July 25th @ 10:00AM – ⚡Energetic Hygiene – Just like brushing your teeth, flossing, or taking a shower… Energetic hygiene is something that we should all be practicing. Our energy fields are constantly bumping up against others all day long and we are both giving and receiving energy throughout every interaction. Come learn how to balance yourself out through easy to practice concepts that you can add into your daily practice.

Just like a great concierge, you will receive email notifications about each so that you don’t miss one! However, if your schedule gets double booked this Summer and something is calling your name – don’t worry! This Full Pass includes the recordings of the workshops which will be sent out after each event.
